Christopher A. Booker began his career at XMi Holdings. A former college football player, Mr. Booker brings the hard work ethic and enthusiasm needed in a fast pace corporate development environment. He is actively involved throughout the entire deal process including origination, analysis, negotiations, due diligence, and on-going operational support.

Mr. Booker is a board member of Woodland Street Partners, a Nashville-based real estate investment firm, and is actively involved in the community through charitable organizations including: Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee, Nashville Rescue Mission, and Nashville Area Junior Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Booker graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelors of Science degree and majored in Engineering and Economics.
